Our client is a global demand generation agency, trusted by leading technology companies worldwide to deliver qualified sales opportunities. They are hiring a German-speaking Business Development Executive to support campaigns for a global leader in digital infrastructure.
This role is all about engaging senior IT and business leaders, qualifying their needs, and securing high-quality appointments for specialist sales teams. It’s a chance to build your career in technology sales while representing one of the most recognised names in the industry.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Outbound B2B calling (cold and warm) to CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Heads of Infrastructure.
- Running multi-channel lead generation campaigns promoting multi-cloud services and high-performance data centres.
- Using the latest marketing touchpoints (e.g. events, whitepapers, webinars) to warm up conversations.
- Asking consultative questions to understand infrastructure challenges, sustainability goals, and digital transformation priorities.
- Capturing accurate CRM notes and securing qualified appointments for senior sales teams.
- Working closely with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure campaign alignment.
👤 Ideal Candidate
- Previous B2B sales/lead generation experience with senior decision-makers.
- Confident, consultative communication style with strong listening and questioning skills.
- Motivated and target-driven, with experience making high outbound call volumes.
- Knowledge of IT/cloud/data centres is a plus (training provided).
- Fluent in German and English.
