The Opportunity:
We’re working with a global SaaS company at a pivotal stage of growth. They’re modernizing their go-to-market strategy and building a high-performing BDR function. As BDR Manager, you’ll be hands-on from day one, coaching a small team, shaping sales processes, and driving pipeline that translates into revenue.

The Role:

  • Lead and grow a BDR team (1–2 to start, with scope to scale)
  • Pick up the phone, craft outreach emails, and stay close to day-to-day execution
  • Drive pipeline generation across inbound + outbound
  • Coach and develop sales talent into future closing roles
  • Define messaging, cadences, KPIs, and dashboards that deliver predictable results
  • Align sales, marketing, and operations around shared outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales / sales development experience
  • 2+ years managing international BDR/SDR teams
  • A strong track record of building high-performing, quota-hitting teams
  • A true coaching mindset—developing people, not just managing metrics
  • Comfortable being hands-on with outreach and pipeline generation
  • Experience with Salesforce + tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
