BDR Manager – Global SaaS – London Hybrid
Location:
London EC2V, 2 days per week in the office
Salary:
£60–65k base (up to £70k for the right person) plus OTE
The Opportunity:
We’re working with a global SaaS company at a pivotal stage of growth. They’re modernizing their go-to-market strategy and building a high-performing BDR function. As BDR Manager, you’ll be hands-on from day one, coaching a small team, shaping sales processes, and driving pipeline that translates into revenue.
The Role:
- Lead and grow a BDR team (1–2 to start, with scope to scale)
- Pick up the phone, craft outreach emails, and stay close to day-to-day execution
- Drive pipeline generation across inbound + outbound
- Coach and develop sales talent into future closing roles
- Define messaging, cadences, KPIs, and dashboards that deliver predictable results
- Align sales, marketing, and operations around shared outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales / sales development experience
- 2+ years managing international BDR/SDR teams
- A strong track record of building high-performing, quota-hitting teams
- A true coaching mindset—developing people, not just managing metrics
- Comfortable being hands-on with outreach and pipeline generation
- Experience with Salesforce + tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
