Position: Senior ERP Sales Director
Location: UK / Remote with travel
Salary: £120,000 base + £240,000 OTE + car allowance + benefits

Key responsibilities include:

Driving new business across enterprise clients in manufacturing, retail, and professional services.

Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation.

Building and managing C-level relationships with decision makers.

Working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape client solutions.
Ideal profile:

8+ years of ERP or enterprise software sales experience.

Strong track record of £1m+ quota achievement.

Deep understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or similar).

Excellent executive presence and commercial acumen.
