Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist is required by an international, growing and dynamic IT Consultancy to be responsible for working on multiple roles concurrently by identifying and sourcing IT Consultants, screening CVs and scheduling interviews. This includes building networks, utilising CV databases and other recruitment channels. Fluency in German is a bonus.

Location: Remote (UK or Germany), or near Frankfurt, Hesse
Salary: £/€ 35-65k depending on recruitment and IT industry experience
Your Background:
Experience as an IT Recruiter (In-House or external) or as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is essential
Skilled in identifying, sourcing and qualifying / screening candidates by phone and scheduling interviews
Experience in building talent pools is essential
Previous experience of Dynamics CRM is preferred
Experience recruiting in the UK, Germany or across Europe is preferred.
Preference for a strong and clear communicator who is able to work to targets
Fluency in German is advantageous
Passion, interest or experience in IT, Telecommunications, Banking sectors is a bonus.
