Test Automation Lead

Test Automation Team Leader required by a growing FinTech SME to be responsible for hands-on testing, management of 4-8 Testers, and oversee the design and build of modular, reusable automation frameworks.

This role is remote and will require only occasional visits to the London office e.g. twice per month.

Salary £35-50k depending on expertise.

Person Required

Experience in a hands-on Software / Applications Test Automation role, including the writing, design and build of automation software

Previous lead a Testing Team

Ideally possess a background is some or all the following: .Net, C# (Java considered), Azure DevOps, TDD, BDD, SpecFlow, Selenium and SQL

A pragmatic approach to decision making and an ability to work with stakeholders

A background or interest in Financial Services, Financial Markets, Trading, Derivatives, Commodities etc. is preferred but not essential.
