Test Automation Team Leader

Test Automation Team Leader required by a growing FinTech SME to be responsible for hands-on testing and the management of 4-8 Testers. You will oversee the design and build of modular, reusable automation frameworks within a C# .Net environment.

Location: This role is mostly remote and with visits to the Croydon office approximately 5 days per month.

Salary: £45-55k depending on expertise.

Experience Required

Must have Test Automation experience, including the writing, design and build of automation software

Previously managed an Automation Test team

Programming experience in C# .Net

Azure DevOps, TDD, BDD, SpecFlow, Selenium and SQL is preferred

A pragmatic approach to decision making and an ability to work with stakeholders

A background or interest in Financial Services, Financial Markets, Trading, Derivatives, Commodities etc. is preferred but not essential.
