Senior .Net Developer

.Net Developer with a Microsoft Full Stack development background is required by a world leading and growing FinTech company. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and supporting enterprise solutions for high profile clients who are the world leading institutions in Financial Services.

Location:

Remote opportunity with 2-3 visits to Croydon per month.

Role:

You will code as part of the Agile team, contribute towards product feature design and ensure UX guidelines and Infosec standards are met. You will occasionally provide some 3^rd line support including on-call out of hours cover for their critical infrastructure solutions.

Background & Skills Desired:

A .NET / Dot Net Full Stack Development background

Experience in some of the following: C#, .NET Core, .Net Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, microservices (Docker and/or Kubernetes) and React

Experience in the development and technical design of enterprise platforms is preferred

CI/CD and Azure DevOps experience is a bonus

Technical certifications are a bonus

Excellent communication skills (written and oral), an attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines is required

Experience, knowledge, or a passion for the financial markets is a bonus

Hours:

Mon–Fri, from 9am to 5pm. Plus on-call, out of hours support one week in four. With additional payment for each hour worked. In the previous 12 months, only 5 hours of extra work was required.
