JOB - 1178 3rd Line Support Engineer

3rd Line Support Analyst / Engineer

A 3rd line Support Engineer is required by a Managed Services company initially in Central London and then eventually South-West London when they move office. You will be the public face of the support department and help customers with their IT issues, building workstations and maintaining IT equipment.

My client is an SMB Microsoft Silver Partner who will be able to provide tailored training and provide ongoing support with your career progression.

Location: EC2A / Central London, Hybrid (4 days x London office)

Salary: Up to £50k - depending on experience

Your Background:

  • IT related degree or (4 years proven experience in a 2nd line role)
  • MCP or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites 2013-19 and Office 365
  • Advanced networking knowledge, including firewalls, routers and switches
  • Advanced hardware knowledge, including laptops, desktops and servers
  • Advanced cloud platform knowledge, including Azure, AWS and Google
  • Experience in Identity management, SSO and integration to third parties
  • Experience in Mobile Device Management mainly Intune ? Basic iOS and Android knowledge
