A .Net Tech Team Lead is required by a Capital Markets / Finance Software company, a Microsoft Gold Partner, who specialises in developing software for Exchanges, Banks, Brokerages and Asset Manager. You will join their software development team to lead, deliver and maintain enterprise solutions for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including their bespoke software and Cloud infrastructure solutions.

Salary: £70-90k + bonus & on-call 1 week in 4 (£100 p/w for each hour worked which is infrequent)

Experience and Skills Desired

10+ years in full stack .Net development, and experience in at least some of the following; C#, JavaScript, React, SQL Server, Cloud Services such as Azure and Microservices such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Experience as a Tech Lead managing software developers is preferred

Experience in CI/CD, preferably Azure DevOps

A logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving, and able to take ownership / leadership of small projects and problems

An understanding of CI/CD, branching strategy, release cycles, Git and DevOps is advantageous

This is for a an established and growing organisation who require someone with D365 Supply Chain experience to primarily support and develop D365 Finance & Operations, specifically within Supply Chain Management. You will work with the Application Business Owners and Enterprise Applications team to prioritise needs, design roadmaps, requirement gather, design, deploy and support. You will also ensure all data within D365 F&O is of the highest quality, and will work with the BI Analysts to build dashboards to help inform the decision making process.

The working week is 36 hours over 4 or 5 days, with 2 days in the office.

We are looking for someone with a broad knowledge of D365 F&O, especially in configuration of workflows, systems and business processes within Supply Chain, who is able to communicate and collaborate across multiple levels of stakeholders.
