If you choose to partner with us….

  • We will register your CV and contact details on our Applicant Tracking System so we can inform you of relvant jobs.
  • We will assess your CV and registration and if we have a job that’s suitable, we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know about this either via email, phone or SMS to discuss in more detail.
  • If the job opportunity is a good fit after our call, we will request your permission to share your application with our client.
  • When our client provides feedback on your application, we will be in touch ASAP. If they request to schedule an interview, we will work with you and them to match diary availability and book this in. This is followed by an ‘Interview Confirmation’ email with all the details you’ll need.
  • We’ll schedule an Interview Prep call prior to the interview to ensure you have the best chance of success and to answer any questions you may have.
  • If you are successful during the interview stages and the client wishes to make an offer of employment, we will negotiate this on your behalf ensuring that you get the best possible outcome.
  • Once you have accepted an offer that you are happy with, we will help you navigate handing your notice in, and support you through to your first day and beyond.
